App Store Deployment
App Stores are a great advancement in Software Deployment. They offer something like the Zero Footprint model while still allowing the application to have access to the resources on the device at the discretion of the user. This solves one of the oldest of Software Deployment problems: getting the app on to client devices without having to physically install the app on their device yourself. However, there is still the issue left of how to deploy to the store in the first place.Here I will be talking about the Google Play Store, Apple Store, and Microsoft Store, although there could potentially be other stores that might require deployment now or in future.
